If there are any issues with your item(s), you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. We are happy to exchange your item or offer a store credit for non-custom orders 30 days from the date of purchase. Items returned to us for an exchange must be in original and unused condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Store credit must be used within 30 days from the date of issue, and is not redeemable for cash.
